Beshvil Hachavaya” in Hebrew means “for the adventure”, and an advancer it was.
Ron and I were trying to put together a Bat Mitzvah plan for our daughter. We currently live in the U.S, but as Israelis with strong connection to our roots, we wished to provide our daughter a different experience and a special way to celebrate this important milestone in her life, her Bat Mitzvah. We wanted something more then the regular dinner and speech. We wanted something that will enable her to connect to her roots to Israel.

We search all over for something that will meet our idea, style, budget, etc., and while surfing the web, we came across the web site of “Beshvil Hachavaya”. Commencing with a phone call to Shavit, we started our journey to a great experience for our Bat mitzvah girl as well as for our 21 guests that joined us on this trip.

The entire preparation and planning for the whole trip was via e-mails and a few phone calls. We started by expressing to Shavit our wishes. Shavit who quickly understood, replied in a fast and professional manner, provided details and quickly came up with solutions to our requests. After a few exchanges, we converged towards the final theme of the trip - A journey in the foot-steps of female heroes from the biblical to the modern eras. A theme provided our daughter and her friends with the opportunity to be exposed and learn about the roles and activities of a number of women that lived in various eras throughout our Jewish and Israeli heritage.

Shavit coordinated all the details, including the itinerary, transportation, accommodation and meals. Each meal was organized differently in a fun way (picnicking, barbequing kids baking pita breads, etc.)

All of us, including our guests, are still talking about the special experience and the adventure we had last summer. It was a well organized trip, where every logistic, historical and geographical detail was covered
